Payment options

We provide a number of payment options during the on-line order process.

Credit or debit card

The easiest way to pay when placing an on-line order is by credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely using Sage Pay and the order is fulfilled by ecch on receipt1. Please note that we do not accept Amex or Diners Card and that customers outside the UK who choose to pay by credit card may incur international transaction fees.

Invoice

Customers at ecch member organisations have the added convenience of being able to select the invoice option. The order is fulfilled by ecch on receipt1 and payment can be made within 30 days (please see our terms of business). Invoices can be paid by credit or debit card, cheque or bank transfer, details are provided when placing an order.

Pro-forma invoice

Customers at non-member organisations who do not wish to pay by credit or debit card can select the pro-forma invoice option. Pro-forma invoices can be paid by credit or debit card, bank transfer or cheque (details are provided when placing an order). Orders are fulfilled by ecch on receipt of payment1.

1 Delivery of electronic downloads begins when you click to submit your order or, if paying by pro-forma invoice, when payment is received. Printed items are despatched within two working days and media items (DVDs, CD-ROMs etc) within three working days.
