All materials purchased from ecch are subject to the following copyright regulations:

Cases must be used in their entirety and cannot be modified or amended without the permission of the copyright holder.

One copy must be purchased per delegate. Please note that if delegates are working in groups one copy must be purchased per student not per group.

Cases or other materials distributed by ecch, whether electronic or printed, must not be reproduced in any form (eg photocopied, scanned) or distributed by any means (eg posted on portals, e-mailed) for any use.

All materials distributed by ecch are exempt from all copyright agencies.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you think you have come across a copyright infringement please
report it to us providing as much information as possible (title and reference number of the product, details of alleged infringement etc).
